Taiwan reported 16 new locally confirmed cases and 51 imported cases

According to The United Daily News, Taiwan’s Epidemic Command Center announced that 67 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed today (February 18), including 16 locally confirmed cases and 51 imported cases.There were no new deaths among the confirmed cases.The command center said seven new local cases were male and nine female, ranging in age from less than 10 to their 50s.Today new foreign input cases for 27 cases of 24 cases of male, female, aged under 5 years old to 70 years old, respectively from the United States (9 cases), (3 cases), Australia, Canada and India, the Philippines and Hong Kong, China (2 cases), South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Mexico, Belgium, Italy, Thailand, Brazil, Vietnam and Nepal (1 case) input;Another 20 cases were investigated.The date of entry is between January 23 and February 17, 2022.Statistics show that 19,864 cases have been confirmed in Taiwan so far, including 15,369 local cases.A total of 852 deaths have been reported since 2020, including 839 locally.(Taiwan network juanzi, China)
